MAMAhood circle

A time of sharing, digging deep, and reflection so that you can begin to identify and heal from your triggers so you can start showing up as the mom you would like to be. We’ll also learn a simple parenting tool that you can use each week to create more respectful relationships with your child.

Based on the Encouragement Consultant (EC) program developed by Lynn Lott, and facilitated by Certified EC, Rebecca Archer.
