I’m a Positive Discipline trainer, parent educator, and functional kinesiologist - and an expat mother of three. Over the last 20 years I’ve lived in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Nigeria, Indonesia, Vietnam, and I’m currently based in Beijing, China.

In my work, I support people in two key areas: parenting and health.

Over the years, I kept seeing similar struggles show up in different ways. In families, it looked like conflict, disconnection, and reacting in ways parents didn’t feel good about. In the body, it showed up as stress, fatigue, and ongoing symptoms that didn’t seem to resolve.

What became clear is this: most people are trying to fix what they can see, without really understanding what’s going on underneath.

That’s where I work.

Through Positive Discipline, I support parents and educators to understand behaviour, shift how they respond, and build relationships that are both kind and firm—creating more cooperative and respectful family and classroom environments. Through kinesiology, I work with the body to reduce stress and support physical and emotional wellbeing.

I’ve spent over a decade working with children, families, and women as a teacher, facilitator, and parent educator, and I now run workshops across China and Southeast Asia.
